RETURNS POLICY
To initiate a valid return, please send the item back to our address within 14 days of delivery for UK customers and 21 days for international customers.
Please note that return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
To ensure a smooth return process, please adhere to the following terms and guidelines:

Fill out the returns form enclosed within your parcel. If you have misplaced the form, include a note with your full name and order number. Failure to include a form or note may result in your return not being processed.

Ensure that all items being returned still have our branded tag attached. Removing or tampering with the swing tag will lead to your refund being rejected.

All returned items must be in their original unworn condition, just as you received them.

Use a trackable service when returning your order. Refunds cannot be issued for parcels that do not reach us successfully or are damaged during transit.
Once we receive your return, we'll aim to process your refund within 3 business days. You'll receive an email notification and the refund should show up in your Bank/Paypal account within 5 business days.
